Shipping methods:
- We ship order by using UPS or USPS. If your order contains more than one items, they may be shipped within multiple packages.
Shipping times:
- Local orders take 2-5 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1 business days.
- Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
Shipping cost:
- We provide all products of FREE shipping.
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and Pingpong. All payments are secured by Pingpong and no Pingpong account is needed.
We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or debit card payments.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
